Erick has more than 20 years of experience leading digital technology and creative design working with some of the world’s premier brands including Apple, NBC Universal, Lowe’s, Barnes & Noble, Target, and Verizon. In this time, Erick developed a passion for organizational development, including corporate leadership, communication, and teamwork. He has applied his experience and insights to found StitchDX’s Digital Workplace practice in 2017. There he leads strategy in crafting and developing transformative digital employee experiences. His approach has helped global enterprises and SMBs engage, empower and enable their employees, bringing together office-based and remote workers—even before the pandemic—with a user-centric, design thinking-based approach to discovery, design, and development. Erick resides in Massachusetts, with his wife, three children and their loyal dog Bandit.
