    BIOGRAPHY

    Dina Ayman is a Technical Program Manager leading software engineering programs at Microsoft and also an Adjunct Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology teaching Microprocessors classes. She holds a MS degree in Computer Engineering focused on Computer Networking and a BS degree in Computer Engineering focused on Software Engineering. Dina has previously worked at a Software Engineer and a Program Manager at Intel Corporation. She is experienced in C/C++, Java, SQL, and Python programming languages. Works with Unix/Linux environments, machine learning, networking, developing large software systems, and security software development. Currently works in a customer faced PM role and used to develop software for 5G base stations. Working with external customers globally and cross-functional with internal and external teams. Dina has the ability to face pressure with resilience to achieve goals. Dina has excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills. Has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Dina has served on the City of Austin Technology and Telecommunication Commission representing Council Member Pool District 7 for the City of Austin. Her passion has always been creating an open and inclusive environment for everyone to be their true self in the Tech industry. Dina is always active and leading a lot of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives including the Technical Women at Microsoft, Leadership Committee, Culture Transformation Working Group, Women at Intel Network, and a lot of initiatives to include women engineers in Tech and encourage young girls to be in the STEM fields. Dina is an advocate and super active across all employee resource groups highly focused on diversity and inclusion of underrepresented Minorities in STEM fields.
